Different HLBOT Menu hotkey

Function name: Ability to choose a different hotkey for opening up HLBOT ingame
Description of how this function should work: I think it is pretty much self-explanatory, you can choose a different hotkey to open/close HLBOT in-game.
Additional information (Video/Photos): On some servers, if you are a suspect, they force you to hop on Discord and tell you to share your screen and press INSERT to see if you have HLBOT running.
