Problem Unknown error, please contact support HELP

What's the problem: i cannot log into the bot
Description of the problem: i just paid for the licence and downloaded the bot, when logging in i keep getting '' unknown error , please contact support'' ,
 i redownloaded the bot, same error...antivirus is off. same error. I contacted support from website but no answer FOR HOURS... i need support now, because i need to farm...cause time is expiring

When and where did the problem occur: after i downloaded the bot
