Problem Failed to download Patch

Since this morning i cant log in anymore it says the whole time before i log in. Failed to Download patch.

 

After that i log in and he sends me a failure code where it says cant make a connection to Hlbot.net server.

Are just the download servers down or is it a Problem from my side ?
