HLBotSecure not working

Czego dotyczy problem: Cant use HLBotSecure.exe
Opis problemu: When i try to open HLBotSecure, i get an error: Failed to download the patch. I tried everything to fix it... but cant.

Login error: The aplication can not establish secure connection. Please check the instalation.

I tried to delete and reinstall but it doesnt work.
