Bot automatically use item at a specific time

Hello Community,

i just wondering if there is the possibility to make the bot use an specific item at an specific time?

What the question is about: So im running dungeons and i need to use an item dropped from a lower Boss to spawn the Endboss. My question is, wheather it is possible to make the bot use this specific dropped item to summon the Endboss. I dont know if there is an existing function in the bot (like somehow with quests) but i didnt found any solution.
I Dont need to put this item on an npc i just need to use it if its dropped in my inventory.   

Additional information:

I searched for solutions in the bot itself, in the guides and youtobe explantation videos and in this forum but nothing about this topic was visible for me.
