What's the problem:
The auto-skill system in HLBot is malfunctioning for Shaman characters on the Elveron2 server.

Description of the problem:
When farming with a Shaman character on Elveron2 and activating buffs like High Attack Power in HLBot’s “Auto Skill” section, the character keeps casting the buff on itself every 10 seconds instead of once every 25 minutes as intended. The bot repeatedly reuses buffs even though their duration hasn’t expired, leading to wasted time and skill interruptions.

When and where did the problem occur:
This issue occurs consistently during farming sessions with Shaman characters on the Elveron2 server.

What the question is about:
How can the HLBot auto-skill timing issue for self-buffs on Shaman characters be fixed so that the bot respects the correct buff duration (e.g., 25 minutes)?

Additional information:
Only self-buff skills are affected. Other classes and general bot functions work as expected.
