Problem HLbot stopped working

What is the problem: Program stopped working
Description of the problem: The application falied to start because no Qt platform could be initialized.
When and where the problem occurred: 30 min ago aprox

Logs(*date\logs\latest):

 

I tried to unzip it again and download it again and still not working. Restart the computer and everything.
