Problem Does a day count if you don`t use the cheat?

What the question is about:Will time be deducted from the license when you don`t use the cheat?
Additional information:So, I`m looking towards buying the licence, but I would like to know if only the time that I`m using it will be deducted from the amount of days that I got it for. Like for exemple, I get 14 days and I`ve only used it for a day, does it still goes on a countdown or there`s some mechanism that takes the time you can use it for only when you are actually using it?

lets say u bought it today, it ends exactly in 2 weeks from the second u bought it. So answering your squestion: yes. It is subscription, not per playtime. You buy it for period of time (1, 2, 4 or 6 weeks) not 2 weeks or w/e of playing. Just like netflix or any other service.
