Problem Bot not working on Rodnia

What is the problem: When I tried to start it froze for a few seconds and then did not respond and got the following error.
Description of the problem: Tested with the patcher or directly with the executable but the same result
When and where the problem occurred: A few days ago, the last time when i used worked perfectly.
