Problem Elveron

I can't seem to start elveron with the bot, it asks that i start the bot with launcher, when i try to start with launcher it says '' This executable file is not Metin or application did not load in time.'' 
Anything i can do to fix this? if i try to start with normal elveron start it shows this error
